Redstone Commodity Search are working with an environmental commodity and risk management trading firm looking to hire a senior sales trader to cover the Benelux region, a senior level position with growth potential, in their HQ, Amsterdam office. Responsibilities Build and develop client networks across the BENELUX region. Originate and execute trades in environmental commodities (carbon, renewable certificates, energy efficiency products, transport quotas). Translate client needs into structured, commercial trading solutions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies. Collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Experience Required Native Dutch / Flemish speaker with fluent English skills. 2–5 years’ experience in commodities trading, sales, or business development. Proven success in client-facing roles with strong commercial outcomes. Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with advanced Excel skills. Background or interest in energy, renewables, or environmental markets.
