Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house looking to hire a metals and recycling materials trader.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Buy and sell metals (aluminium, stainless steel, copper, zinc, steel), scrap, plastics, paper, and recycling materials across target markets.
- Negotiate prices, contracts and manage market and logistics risks.
- Develop new supplier and customer relationships to grow trading volumes and profitability.
- Role reports to CEO
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in commodity or recycling trading (metals, scrap, plastics, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, market analysis, and commercial skills.
- Fluent in German and English; strong relationship-building ability.
- Role is to be located in Germany, Mettingen
