Andy Low
Andy runs our UK Office and is responsible for overseeing our EMEA and APAC recruitment.
When not trying to take over the world one placement at a time, you can find him restoring classic sports cars. He enjoys golf, football, beating Jordan at squash and is an enthusiastic historian.
Thomas Carson
Tom works with our clients across the physical and derivative commodities markets primarily covering risk, compliance and legal positions.
In his spare time he enjoys playing poker, golf and baseball as well as watching the NFL. He also loves to travel, visiting cities across Europe and the United States.
Sam Fowler
Sam runs our Emerging Markets team, covering private banks, IAMs and family offices.
He is a keen chef and can always give good recommendations of where to eat out. In his free time, he can be found refining his gin tasting skills or exploring a European city.

Ross Godwin
Ross works with a variety of clients across the energy spectrum with more specific focus on crude, distillates, and marine fuels.
He is an avid reader, cinema goer and music enthusiast. He is most comfortable curled up at home with a good book with his wife, Helen and pet chihuahua, Bumble.
Luke Brace
Luke sits on our Commodities desk, he has a great track record of developing new clients into strong partnerships, effectively taking care of anything within the currency sales and commodities spheres. Out of the office you will find him playing football and golf (awfully), he is a dedicated Leeds United fan always fantasising about Champions League football and all the what ifs brought about after 16 years in the wilderness.
Catarina Celorico
Catarina is our resident ray of sunshine; colleague, candidate, or client she will always greet you with a wave of positivity and unwavering optimism. She is a dedicated and commensurate professional who will always put client and candidate needs front and centre of her day. She is an avid gamer in her spare time!
Ellen
Ellen is a dedicated and driven consultant with a keen eye for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the commodity market. When she’s not making things happen in the office, you’’ find her training in MMA – whether its refining her jiu-jitsu, perfecting her Muay Thai or enjoying a scenic hike in the lush hills of Wales. With a passion for both her work and personal pursuits, Ellen brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
Mark Perry
Mark is a passionate recruiter who connects talent with opportunity. He loves history, kendo, and tango, keeping busy as often as he can. The discipline and creativity these hobbies foster helps him dig out talented candidates and diligently match them to the perfect client.

Specialising in the energy market, Danielle excels at building strong, lasting relationships, she takes the time to truly understand the needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring that every placement is the perfect fit. While she loves a good chat, she knows how to get down to business when it matters most.
Matt Hill
As an outside centre Matt is always where the action is and this is as true for our clients as it is on the pitch! Matt relentlessly sees out any and all retained and exclusive mandates for our commodities clients. Matt has travelled much of the world and loves to absorb local culture, especially when that culture is served up on a plate – preferably a large one!
Matt Crawford
Matt is a dedicated and hardworking consultant focused on the commodities market. When not relationship managing between clients and candidates, he’ll be seeking out the next opportunity for the pipeline.
Given the level of hard work he exhibits in the office it’s only natural he’d want to play hard outside of it too. On weekends, you can find him spinning vinyl behind the DJ booth of a crowded dancefloor.

Thomas-Ian Eastwood
Thomas specialises in searches within the legal space, working with international law firms and corporations across commodities, banking and more. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys MMA training and fancies himself as a budding music producer. He can also be found racing around the local go-karting tracks. Always happy to help, give him a call if you are looking to hire a top lawyer or find yourself a firm that better aligns with your ambitions.
Callum Marshall
Callum sits within the Legal, Risk and Compliance desk representing clients globally, primarily focused on risk roles within the FICC markets. In his spare time, Callum is a keen home chef, all round sports enthusiast and can be found reminiscing about Leicester’s 15/16 Premier League title.

Jon Stock
Jon works on the private banking team covering Asia, America and Europe. As well as recently building out the Institutional / Investment Banking Business. He has been successful in developing a strong client base of Private Banks, Investments Bankers, Institutional sales brokers, EAMs and Family Offices.
Outside of work, Jon runs a NPO Youth Football Club giving over 200 local children a platform to become the next generation of footballers as well as still trying to hold on tight to his ever diminishing playing career
Sulayman Khwaja
Sulayman sits in the private banking desk, dealing and connecting senior finance professionals with leading Private Banks, Investment Managers and Asset Managers globally. He is a legend at finding niche profiles running at an 85% interview success rate. In his spare time he can found in the dojo and considers himself a Brazilian jujitsu star in the making. He loves to eat non-GMO foods and is a green fingered gardener, growing a range of fruits, veggies and herbs.
Leo Illingworth
Leo thrives in the fast-paced world of Private Banking recruitment, specializing in connecting top-tier Portfolio Managers and Private Bankers with leading institutions. With a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of the market, he takes a strategic approach to every search, ensuring the perfect fit for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Leo enjoys unwinding with a game of tennis, playing guitar, or throwing his PlayStation controller at a wall. Sarah is responsible for our credit control, media and online marketing presence. Away from the office she can be found watching her son play football, walking her dog on the beach and enjoys nothing more than finishing the day with some good food and wine. She loves holidays in the Greek Islands enjoying the smaller quiet places away from the hustle and bustle.
Rebecca Greig
When out of the office Rebecca can be found watching crime documentaries, winning pub quizzes or on her way to a city break in Europe.

Marina brings a huge amount of experience to the table and delivering timely accurate results to our consultants and clients. No retainer too hard, no candidate well enough hidden is her motto.
