We are working with a commodity trading firm in Abu Dhabi that is hiring a legal counsel to support the growth of its operations in the Middle East.
Our client is looking for a lawyer who is experienced with drafting & negotiating trade finance agreements and other traditional commodities trading contracts. You will be the company’s first legal hire in the Middle East, and you will provide advice on corporate, financing, and compliance/regulatory issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ legal experience working with English contract law in a trading environment, excellent communication skills in English & an additional language, and the ability to highlight regulatory issues swiftly.
