We are currently working with large private family-owned banking group in Liechtenstein who have operated successfully for over a decade dealing with UHNW families and entrepreneurs around the world. Headquartered in Luxembourg but offices across the world and the team are now looking to attract a Senior Credit Officer to join them.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Analysis and preparation of loan applications for the committees
- Structuring of credit transactions in close cooperation with client advisors, legal departments, and external advisors
- Design of legal documentation with the support of internal and external legal advisors
- Monitoring and regular assessment of credit risks and verification of compliance with obligations, obligations, etc.
- Participation in internal projects related to the continuous improvement of the above-mentioned activities and the general functioning of the bank and its credit department.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of three years professional experience in private banking credit and sound knowledge of asset backed loans, mortgage loans and Lombard loans;
- Preferably having a degree in Finance, Banking, Economy or Business Administration related studies;
- Sound understanding of financial markets and products;
- Professional behaviour, diplomatic, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and common financial information systems (e.g. Bloomberg). Fluent in German, English. Any other language is a plus
- Located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein
