Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international dry bulk trading house looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, supporting career progression and skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organisational change, ensuring effective communication and team engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and manage expatriate employee services, including onboarding and relocation.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience in an HR function within a commodity trading house – Dry Bulk preferred.
  • Strong track record in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and best practices in HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and operate in a multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
