Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a leading international private bank looking to hire a UK Market Head to lead and grow their UHNW coverage across the UK client segment.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead the UK client strategy and drive UHNW asset growth through direct client management and team leadership
• Manage and expand a book of UK-based UHNW clients, with assets to be booked in Switzerland
• Develop the UK market desk by onboarding new talent and mentoring existing Relationship Managers
• Collaborate with investment and compliance teams to deliver tailored cross-border solutions
• Role reports to the Global Head of Wealth Management
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Strong track record of managing UK UHNW clients, with a transferable book of assets
• Deep knowledge of cross-border private banking regulations and Swiss booking models
• Experience leading private banking teams or UK market desks within an international wealth management platform
• Role is to be based in Zurich, with relocation possible for the right profile
