We are currently working with large private family-owned banking group in Liechtenstein who have operated successfully for over a decade dealing with UHNW families and entrepreneurs around the world. Headquartered in Luxembourg but offices across the world and the team are now looking to attract a Senior Relationship Manager to join them.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Advice, support and further development of intermediary and private customer business in Liechtenstein
- Building and maintaining the network of relationships and acquiring new customers.
- Occasional travel
- Support with projects, especially in the design of customer events
- Processing customer orders (foreign exchange, stock market orders, etc.)
- Management of customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Implementation of administrative tasks and support with customer-oriented issues
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minium of 3 years of experience in advising Liechtenstein intermediaries and private customers (bank/Fiduciary) and an established client relationship network as a result
- Proof of successful development of a customer relationship network
- Completed business studies (university, university of applied sciences) or apprenticeship in banking or trust with subject-specific training or further education (post-graduate studies in finance, banking training, Swiss Banking School)
- Good banking and product knowledge in the areas of asset management and loans
- High customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills, motivation and ability to work in a team
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Resilience and good stress management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
