Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a well-established and growing Multi-Family Office operating an EAM platform. They are looking to hire experienced Senior Relationship Managers to join their expanding team in Asia.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop a strategic business plan and lead client acquisition efforts focused on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)
  • Provide holistic wealth management and advisory services tailored to complex client needs, leveraging in-house capabilities across discretionary portfolio management, advanced wealth structuring, family governance, and private market access.
  • Take full ownership of client onboarding and asset development, with full autonomy and the expectation to generate $50M+ AUM in the first year—supported by their seamless operational setup and dedicated compliance team.
  • Leverage a fully independent, open-architecture platform with multi-custodian access, offering unrestricted product selection across global banks, bespoke fund structures, and thematic investments including ESG and alternatives.
  • Collaborate with highly specialised internal teams—including Investment Advisory, Advanced Wealth Solutions, Risk & Resilience Services, and Fund Platform experts—to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions that go beyond traditional banking offerings.
  • Act as the first line of defence in conducting KYC and ensuring full compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Role reports to: Head of Private Wealth Management – Asia

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management or EAM platforms
  • Proven ability to grow and manage a book of UHNWI clients with a strong asset growth track record
  • Extensive knowledge of the Asia wealth management landscape, market connections, and regulatory environment
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, with a strong client-first mindset and a passion for building long-term relationships
  • Fluent in one of the Asian languages for related markets and fluent in English is highly preferable.
  • Role is to be performed in a senior, revenue-generating capacity
