We are currently working with a long-standing Swiss Independent Asset Management Firm based in Geneva and Zurich, who have operated successfully in the UHNW MFO space for over twenty years. The team are looking to attract a well-established Private Banker to join them as they go through a phase of growth across the Middle East & Africa client markets. This Family office works closely alongside several large international custodian banks, working to actively acquire and offer a full spectrum of bespoke wealth management services to UHNWI/HNWI Global Middle East and African clients.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of U/HNW private individuals who are interested in having their assets booked in a Swiss Multi-Family Office / Asset Management set up.
- Market the firm to attract new clients to the EAM and actively develop new relationships to increase your assets under management, year-on-year.
- Coordinate with various departments in the Family office to achieve a well-rounded client experience. Ensure clients are met with a high standard of service to uphold the firm’s reputation and build trust between the Family office and your clients.
- Work with your clients to understand their investment goals and utilise the firms’ vast investment platform to offer deals with high revenue returns
- Role reports into CEO
Key Qualifications / Experience
- You currently work as a Private Banker, Wealth Manager or Family Office adviser, managing a self-developed portfolio of private clients, either in a Private Bank or existing EAM set up.
- Experience working as a self-sufficient Banker in Private Wealth Management, either in an External Asset Management firm, a Family office, or Private Bank.
- Should have experience in structured products, alternative investments, corporate advisory, real estate, advisory and discretionary mandates.
- Prior experience in a Swiss organisation is interesting, or experience advising clients on the benefits on utilising a Swiss Booking Centre
- Track record of business development
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French. Any other language is a plus
- Located in Geneva or Zurich.
