Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international Agricultural Trading House that are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join their team in London, reporting directly into the CEO / CFO.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions for the Agri business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Audit Management: Interface with Auditors to manage audits for the Agri business across geographies, building effective relationships with leading global audit firms.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance for Agri business, staying current with relevant regulations.
• Management Information System (MIS): Provide holistic, timely, and accurate MIS to the Agri Board, covering various business performance metrics for top management review and strategic decision-making.
• Reports Directly into Group CFO / CEO.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial control with at least five Years in Financial Controller position within the agricultural commodities sector.
• Knowledge of IFRS and understanding of SYSCOHADA will be added advantage.
• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Tier 1 institute.
• Must be open to relocate to London or be based in London, and can fluently speak English and Hindi.
