Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a US-registered wealth management firm looking to hire a Senior Business Developer to join their growing US team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Financial Advisers, Centers of Influence (COIs), Business Introducers, and direct prospects, primarily focused on the West Coast
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and prospects, articulating the firm’s value proposition and comprehensive wealth solutions
- Build a referral network with financial institutions, intermediaries, and advisory businesses
- Represent the firm across your territory, supporting Relationship Managers and the broader Wealth Management strategy
- Collaborate closely with investment and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Ensure full compliance with Risk & Regulatory policies
- Role reports to the Head of Business Development (based in Europe)
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in business development within private wealth, investment management, or institutional sales
- Proven network of Financial Advisers and business introducers within the US, particularly on the West Coast
- Strong understanding of HNW/UHNW client needs, investment solutions, and intermediary distribution models
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and commercially driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel within territory
- Role is to be revenue-generating and externally focused
