Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a working with a well-established, independently owned Swiss External Asset Manager that has grown significantly over the past year and now manages over CHF 1.6 billion in client assets. The firm has a strong presence across Western Europe, a collaborative team of over 20 professionals, and a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial culture that offers a path to partnership for high-performing Relationship Managers.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Provide tailored investment advisory across multiple custodian platforms.
- Deliver holistic wealth solutions including portfolio management, wealth planning, and succession strategies.
- Operate with full independence in client servicing while leveraging the support of an experienced internal team.
- Contribute to the firm’s collaborative and partnership-driven culture.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience managing a portable client book within wealth management.
- Background in EAM, multi-family office, or private banking preferred.
- Deep understanding of investment advisory and client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive personality with a desire to work in a flat, democratic organization.
- Interest in long-term equity or partnership participation.
