Redstone Private Banking Search is working with a leading Nordic financial institution looking to hire a Private Banker to join its Wealth Center team in Charlottenlund (Copenhagen area). The company provides the opportunity to work from different locations depending on which center you are assigned to. They always try to make the geography best suited to the individual, as they prioritize flexibility in a busy everyday life.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Serve as a personal advisor and sparring partner to clients with investable assets between DKK 2–7 million.
- Maintain and further develop an existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new high-net-worth clients.
- Provide tailored and comprehensive wealth advice, leveraging internal specialists and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships that contribute to high client retention and loyalty.
- Role reports to the Head of the Wealth Center in Charlottenlund.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients in a banking or wealth management setting.
- Strong acquisition and networking skills, with the ability to grow a portfolio from internal referrals and external contacts.
- Ability to simplify complex financial matters and deliver high-quality, holistic advice.
- Familiarity with Danish regulatory requirements and client-centric financial planning.
- Preferably holds a HD or similar qualification and ideally has completed (or is interested in completing) wealth advisor certification.
- Role is to be based in the Wealth Center with flexible working locations across the Copenhagen area.
