Redstone Commodity Search are working with a leading soft commodities group is seeking a First Mile Digitisation Service Lead to oversee digital tool deployment and support across its origin operations. In this hands-on role, you will manage a small team providing training and first-line support, ensuring smooth adoption of tools used for First Mile data collection in cocoa, coffee, and cotton supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user support and training for First Mile digital tools
- Act as the bridge between field teams and IT during testing and releases
- Monitor tool performance and user adoption, producing regular reports
- Oversee issue resolution and process improvement
- Coordinate closely with product, data, and transformation teams
- Travel to origin locations to support implementation and gather feedback
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field; MBA/Master’s a plus
- 5+ years managing software tools, ideally in soft commodities or rural settings
- Experience delivering training and coordinating releases
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to field operations
