Client Account Manager/Client Service Officer

We are thrilled to be collaborating with a prestigious Global Private Bank headquartered in Luxembourg, renowned for its exceptional financial services catering to UHNW families and entrepreneurs worldwide. Boasting a network of over 1400 branches globally, the Luxembourg team is actively seeking an experienced Client Service Officer/Client Account Manager to join them in pioneering a new era of growth and unparalleled client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Collaborate with senior relationship managers within coverage teams to identify new opportunities and fulfill research requests. Document client profiles for onboarding purposes.
  • Engage with clients and their representatives throughout the onboarding phase and KYC process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients alongside the designated relationship manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of client meetings by offering a comprehensive overview of the bank, its products, and services. Draft meeting minutes as necessary.
  • Regularly interact with clients regarding operational matters.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews in accordance with KYC policies and within specified deadlines.
  • Facilitate the execution of various transaction service requirements and product application processes including payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, and statements
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives for process improvement aimed at enhancing client services.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience within Wealth Management / Private Banking
  • Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
  • Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Client-centric and excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach
  • Excellent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage
  • Located in Luxembourg .
