Redstone Commodity Search are working with a Derivatives Specialist looking to hire an agricultural derivatives sales specialist covering LATAM and/or US.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for transferring an active book, identifying and building new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on our agriculture derivative products, provide clients with market insights and analysis.
- Assess and manage risk exposure, developing and implement hedging strategies.
- Reports into Global Head of Sales.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Proven sales experience in financial services or agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of agriculture markets and derivatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Located in either Miami or Sao Paulo – unable to relocate.
