Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for a specialist in dealing with sales and purchase invoices to join their team in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Issue sales invoices and review and process purchase invoices
- Maintain ledger entries regarding accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling financial records and supporting reconciliation activities
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines
- Role reports to the Head of Operations
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Prior experience in accounts, administration, and/or office support roles
- Prior experience working directly processing sales and purchase invoices essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and numerical capability
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Role is to be located in Hamburg
