Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established trading house, in their search for a Sales Trade Manager (Fuels) to join and help develop the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Take charge of the trading houses, and 3rd party sales for the APAC region.
- Provide support to the wider Fuels Trading team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, and market share in international trading.
- Collaborate with other sales offices, other departments, in particular shipping and documentations.
- Forecasting sales volumes, in line with budgeting and planning.
- Negotiating, and presenting to customers and clients.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in fuel trading.
- Extensive network within the industry, particularly miners, suppliers, and refineries.
- Experience in alternative fuels / fossil fuels would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with international banking, procedures, dry bulk shipping and ICC 500.
- Fluent English, and proficiency in another Asian language would be an asset.
- Dynamic, goal-orientated, and flexible for overseas travel.
- University level degree, preferably in logistics / engineering / business management or similar.
