We are managing a fantastic opportunity in Hertfordshire with a Multi-Family Office & Corporate Advisory firm that is looking for a Technical Manager with Wealth Planning and Investment Experience.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Work with the advisors and client services to develop wealth planning strategies for Private Clients and Corporates.
- Develop and improve the Group’s Wealth Planning governance and capabilities including shortfalls created by external factors and best practice principles.
- Work closely with the with Head of Wealth Planning and other shareholders of the organisation to ensure that the wealth planning division has all the necessary tools available to provide an excellent client service and be involved in the eventual hiring / expansion of the division and firm.
- Provision of technical support to internal and external stakeholders including clients to ensure that the guidance provided is accurate, understandable and follows the up-to-date regulatory guidelines.
- Role reports into Head of Financial Planning.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- A strong understanding of technical aspects within wealth planning within a Private Bank or Wealth Manager / MFO.
- Strong knowledge of the FCA and UK regulations and guidelines surrounding wealth planning and advisory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
- Currently studying toward specialist qualifications such as STEP, IMC, CISI, QCF etc.
- Full time position in Bishop’s Stortford – you are willing to commute.
