Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for an experienced, tanker operations co-ordinator to join their team in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage and coordinate European shipping of liquid energy products
- Maintenance and monitoring of all relevant contracts and documentation ensuring both regulatory and internal control compliance and actioning any discrepancies
- Collaborate actively with trading operators and other stakeholders to support successful trading activities
- Monitor vessel locations and ensuring all relevant import/export documentation is present
- Role reports to the Head of Operations
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 2+ years working in maritime/tanker logistics and documentation
- Strong experience working in laytime and demurrage analysis and claims
- Experience with compliance processes, trade finance, and letters of credit
- Experience maintaining records and audit documentation in a fast paced environment
- Role is to be located in Hamburg
