Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking, European Clients

Redstone Private Banking Search are partnered with an established European private bank in Luxembourg that is continuing to expand its international wealth management platform. As part of this growth strategy, the bank is seeking experienced Senior Relationship Managers to strengthen coverage across North and South European markets.

Priority markets include Italy, Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands, with additional interest in senior bankers actively covering Poland.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Leverage your existing client network to acquire new HNW and UHNW clients, with a clear focus on approved European markets.
    • Generate Net New Money through proactive business development, referrals, and intermediary relationships.
    • Provide clients with discretionary and advisory investment solutions across a full private banking product suite.
    • Maintain strong client relationships through a high-touch, relationship-led coverage model.
    • Coordinate closely with internal investment, structuring, and portfolio management teams to deliver tailored wealth solutions.
    • Ensure all client onboarding and ongoing servicing complies with Luxembourg and EU regulatory standards.
    • Role reports directly to the relevant Market Head.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager / Private Banker within a recognised private banking platform.
    • Demonstrable track record in asset gathering, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.
    • Established client relationships within Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and/or Poland.
    • Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and wealth structuring solutions.
    • Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset.
    • Ability to operate within an international booking centre environment.
