Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house / producer looking to onboard a senior logistics specialist to join the growing team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full life cycle of physical metal shipments (base or minor metals).
- Liaise with suppliers, buyers, warehouses, inspectors, and shipping companies.
- Draft and manage contracts, shipping and customs documentation (L/Cs, B/Ls, invoices).
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational discrepancies or delays.
- Work closely with traders, finance, and risk teams to ensure accurate execution.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in metal commodity operations
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, international shipping, and trade documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; other European languages (especially French or German) are a plus.
- EU work permit or eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
