Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established multinational bunker trading company looking for an experienced bunker trader, specialising in the Korean market, to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for developing back-to-back bunker fuels business in the Korean market.
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of Korean market end user clients in the marine fuels space.
- Keep up to date with all market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes to be able to best advise clients.
- Build relationships with relevant suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Reports into Managing Director of Singapore Office.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trading marine fuels on a back-to-back basis.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the marine fuels sector in the Korean bunker market
- Ideally a portfolio of transferable portfolio of clients for the Korean market.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Korean.
- Position will be located in Singapore
