With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.
We are working with a European Private Bank in Miami who are looking to hire a client facing Senior Investment Counsellor with experience in the LatAm markets.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for developing new investment strategies, liaising with Senior Management and the front office teams to improve the Bank’s existing client offering and ensure that it is competitive.
- Be involved in producing investment material to be presented with clients and the market.
- Attend and host client meetings to educate them on investment options, market dynamics, and the potential risks.
- You will be a technical expert, advising stakeholders across multiple investment topics and you will have a direct impact on the discretionary asset allocation and portfolio management.
- Role reporting into the Managing Director.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Work experience in a Private Bank or Asset Management firm in an advisory position, ideally with experience in the U/HNW LatAm market.
- You are friendly, approachable and have strong communication skills. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and act in a client centric manner.
- Colleague degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a relevant topic. Having an MBA or the CFA qualification is a plus.
- Series 7 licenced.
- Fluent in English and ideally Spanish or Portuguese.
