Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established and growing international trading firm looking for an experienced Fertilizer Trader to their team in Zug.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Monitor global fertilizer markets to identify trading opportunities and develop strategies that align with market trends and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Manage risk exposure, including market, credit, and operational risks, using hedging strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to ensure smooth execution of trades and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in trading, sales, or a related role within the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
- Transferable book of clients
- Proven success in deal-making, client management, and achieving trading targets in commodities.
- Ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
- Role is to be in Zug, Switzerland
