We are working with a renowned sports practice in Manchester that is looking to bolster its bespoke corporate service with the hire of a senior associate. The firm specialises in work with clients from the sports and media sectors.
You will be working with these clients on a variety of issues including transactional matters, mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory issues, private equity, re-organisations, player transfers, club ownership, and more. In addition, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in business development initiatives for the firm.
The ideal candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years of corporate experience. As the role is based in Manchester, it is important that you are based locally or are willing to relocate.
