Redstone Commodity Search are working with a trading house and exporter looking to hire an experienced bunker trader to join the team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and manage bunker trading opportunities across global marine fuel markets, including fuel oil and marine gasoil, to optimize volumes and margins.
- Execute the full trading cycle covering market analysis, deal structuring, pricing, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and risk management.
- Leverage an established network of shipowners, operators, suppliers, and port agents to expand market share and drive profitable bunker sales.
- Role reports to General Manager
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5 – 10 years minimum proven experience in bunker trading or marine fuels, with strong knowledge of global bunker markets, pricing structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record of executing physical bunker trades, including contract negotiation, credit management, logistics and supplier coordination.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills advantageous
- Role is to be located in Singapore
