We are working with a global white-shoe law firm in Singapore that is looking to expand its private equity practice through the hire of an established, heavy-hitting partner. The firm currently operates across 25+ offices and boasts nearly 2000 lawyers across the full array of practice areas.
The private equity practice works with PE and VC funds, MNCs, and investment managers across the energy, infrastructure, shipping, logistics, chemicals, and life sciences sectors on multi-billion-dollar transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a following comprised of clients from these sectors, with a particular preference for work coming from the energy and natural resources sectors.
