Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a boutique provider of risk management and hedging solutions for the agricultural community, located in Miami and Chicago, who are currently looking for an Over the Counter Risk Management Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide OTC risk management solution for LATAM focused clients within the agricultural (grains, coffee, sugar etc.) markets.
- Build hedging solutions for producers and consumers.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
- Advise clients on multiple topics, such as OTC products, markets, and additional risk management tools, gathered through market analysis.
- Role reports into Head of Derivatives.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in providing risk management solutions to the agricultural and soft commodity community.
- Strong knowledge of OTC products, risk management/hedging solutions and commodity markets. Existing book of business (LATAM agriculture/soft commodity clients) is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese is mandatory.
- Must have a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
- The role will be remote working within South America.
