Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house looking to onboard a senior metal sales professional, to be based in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow sales across key industrial and manufacturing clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and pricing through to contract negotiation and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, traders, and logistics teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the product and trading teams to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives
Experience Required:
- Proven track record in B2B metals sales, ideally within base or non-ferrous commodities
- Strong understanding of industrial customer needs, particularly in galvanising, casting, or chemical applications
- Experience managing regional client portfolios and driving new business development
- Familiarity with contract structures, incoterms, and logistics related to physical metal trading
- Self-starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills
