Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international agricultural / metal trading house looking for a Procurement Manager to be based in Lusaka, Zambia.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage company supply chain through sourcing, reviewing, and purchasing commodities.
- Administer contracts for delivery and oversee export formalities.
- Coordinate logistics including road, rail, and sea freight for both domestic and international shipments.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure procurement aligns with budget and quality standards.
- Reports into Metals Director
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Postgraduate with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience of minerals – Copper, Cobalt, Zinc & Lead procurement in Zambia
- Well network of procurement vendors
- Should be well versed with the culture of the region.
- Located in Zambia
