Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house looking for an LME Paper Trader to be base in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Focus on commodity derivatives / spread trading across the international markets with emphasis on trading base metals.
- Use strategies to exploit market inefficiencies (Arbitrage focused) hedging flows.
- Establish and build relationships with the key market participants to gain market insights.
- To trade within all company protocols and policies regarding risk and risk management.
- Keeping up with market trends to maximize profits.
- Reporting directly into Head of Base Metals.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Having a broad understanding of international Base Metals / LME fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets.
- Have a proven trading track record generating positive P&L.
- 3+ years of relevant Base Metals trading experience.
- Strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
- Located in Zug, Switzerland or relocate prior.
