Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global metals producer looking to hire a HR partner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Partner with leaders and employees by serving as the main HR contact and providing strategic advice on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee development.
- Drive HR initiatives and projects by aligning HR policies and practices with business objectives and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze workforce data by monitoring HR metrics such as headcount (FTEs), personnel costs, absenteeism, and budget performance to support informed decision-making.
- Coach and support managers on change management, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance and employee relations by implementing HR policies, adhering to Norwegian labor laws, collaborating with unions, and leading engagement and training initiatives.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- +5 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of Norwegian labor laws and regulations.
- Analytical abilities with experience in HR metrics, budgeting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, along with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English and the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, employees, and union representatives.
- Located or willing to relocate to Norway.
