Redstone Commodity Search are working with a major metals producer, looking to hire a HR Lead to join the team in Norway.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for leading the HR team, managing their development and redefine HR strategy for the site.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance efficiency and promote leadership growth.
- Turning the business strategy into an HR strategy with the Operations Manager and other site leaders.
- Supervise the site’s compensation planning procedures, providing guidance to managers and conducting an analysis of the plant’s recommendations.
- Role Reports to Plant Manager.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a HR or operations role, ideally within the metal space.
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Experienced with the Norwegian Union law and regulations.
- Fluency required in Norwegian.
- Located or willing to relocate to Norway.
