Redstone Commodity Search are working with one of Europe’s leading gas trading organisations, looking for a director level hire in their gas digitalisation team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Leading a digitalization team and driving a digitalization agenda in collaboration with traders, portfolio managers and stakeholders.
- Developing, implementing, and executing team strategies that support the corporate strategy.
- Developing business by proactively identifying, proposing, and approving profitable business opportunities.
- Leading a systematic and quantitative team, and being responsible for performance, development, and delivery.
- Keeping up with market trends to maximize profits.
- Reporting directly to Head of European Gas Trading.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Having a broad understanding of international Gas trading fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets.
- Strong experience with setting strategic direction.
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in the energy trading industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Located in Aarhus, Denmark.
