Redstone Commodity Search are working with a fast-growing, globally connected brokerage is looking to hire a driven and well-connected Fuel Oil Broker to join its expanding team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Execute derivatives trades across fuel oil markets, maintaining daily communication with counterparties.
- Grow and service a portfolio of clients.
- Identify trading opportunities through market intelligence, pricing trends, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, trade documentation, and client coverage.
- Contribute to the commercial strategy of the desk by bringing market insight and revenue-generating ideas.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 3–5 years of experience broking or trading fuel oil or related refined products.
- Existing, transferable client relationships and a strong pipeline of active business.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred to support client engagement across Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
