Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global food trading house looking to hire a trader to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of trades across a variety of frozen food products: Poultry, Meat, Seafood, Dairy and Frozen Vegetables & Potatoes (fries, IQF products).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers, suppliers, logistics partners and buyers across key international markets.
- Identify and pursue new trading opportunities to grow market share and expand the company’s customer base
- Role reports to trade director
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in international trade, preferably in frozen food, meat, seafood, or commodity trading.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of building and managing B2B trading relationships across global markets.
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) are a plus.
- Role is to be located in Dordrecht, Netherlands
