We have an exciting new opportunity for a Hertfordshire based post-graduate looking to take your first step into a front office position within Wealth Management! A Multi-Family Office in Bishop’s Stortford (North of London) is looking for a Client Service Executive, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support the Relationship Managers and Financial Planners with the daily management of clients (institutions and private clients), always providing excellent customer service.
- Manage client files, trading activities, the onboarding process and be the point of contact when the client advisor is not unavailable. Take charge of urgent matters where required in a calm and helpful manner.
- Handling of client data with the up most confidentiality. Update files where needed and recognise where data is missing and request as appropriate.
- Complete ad-hoc duties for the Wealth Manager including meeting preparation, calendar management. Daily use of excel and liaising with third party providers.
- Role reports into the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Ideally 2-4 years’ experience within a Wealth Management environment or Financial Institution in a client support position
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, the ability to input, filter through and analyse financial data.
- Knowledge of the FCA guidelines, preferably with client onboarding experience and sound knowledge of KYC and AML background checks.
- An organised and analytical individual who is detail and quality oriented.
- Full time position in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.
