We are managing a Chief Financial Officer position on behalf of a financial institution in Gibraltar.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Oversee the firms’ financial accounting and financial statements
- Manage the (financial, regulatory, management) reporting, ensuring that financial documents and statements meet the local guidelines and regulations
- Work alongside other senior committee members to ensure the division is running smoothly and that processes are improved where necessary
- Manage a team of individuals, ensuring that KPIs are met and tasks are being completed to a high standard, in a timely manner
- This role reports to the CEO.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Strong financial management experience, either as a CFO or Senior/Director Finance Officer.
- Prior experience working with/reporting to the GFSC or the FCA
- Experience in a financial institution or bank is needed
- Strong eye for detail and excellent data skills
- Located in Gibraltar or willing to relocate
