Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global financial risk management firm looking to hire a structured notes specialist to set up a new desk in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Set up and develop the structured notes desk, define objectives, establish procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Design tailored structured note products, collaborate on pricing models, and develop risk management strategies.
- Cultivate client relationships, provide expert advice, and offer insights on market trends and risk considerations.
- Implement robust risk frameworks, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to risk limits.
- Report into CEO.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in structured notes, proven track record in structured notes trading or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives pricing, risk modeling, and regulatory requirements.
- Located in Switzerland.
