Redstone Executive Banking Search is supporting a leading Swiss Securities Houses in the Structured Products market in the search Structured Products Sales professionals covering the UK market, based in Zurich.
This is an opportunity to join a growing structured products platform and focus on expanding the firm’s presence with UK-based private banks, wealth managers and professional investors.
The team is open to mid-level through senior profiles, with the possibility of a Head of UK role for candidates with significant experience and a strong client franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow structured products distribution across the UK market.
- Originate and execute cross-asset structured investment solutions for professional investors.
- Manage and further develop relationships with private banks, wealth managers, family offices and institutional investors in the UK.
- Generate revenue through structured product origination and distribution.
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring and risk teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and client segments within the UK market.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Structured Products Sales, Derivatives Sales or Structured Solutions Distribution.
- Proven active P&L and revenue generation within financial markets.
- Strong existing relationships with UK-based clients such as private banks, wealth managers or institutional investors.
- Background from a bank, broker, or structured products provider.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand a client franchise.
- Strong understanding of structured products and derivatives-based investment strategies.
