Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading and logistics company looking for people with a strong background in physical trade execution and logistics to join their team in Aarhus.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Coordinate trade execution and export documentations for a variety of agricultural commodities
- Responsible for coordinating with clients, handling shipping invoices, payment facilities, and letters of credit to ensure problem free and timely shipments.
- Maintain profit and loss records accurately, ensure both regulatory and contract compliance.
- Improving internal process, digitising and automating steps to streamline where possible.
- Reports into Head of Logistics.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with trade documentation, logistics, shipping, and agricultural products.
- Knowledgeable in international payment facilities and trade documentation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English).
- Ideally will have familiarity with GAFTA
- Located in Aarhus
