Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading and logistics company looking for people with a strong data engineering background to join their team in Aarhus.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Head up a team of analysts, engineers, and scientists, maintaining a balance between effective leadership/coaching and rapid fulfilment of objectives.
- Responsible for designing both semantic modelling and protocols as well as structured reporting
- Responsible for ensuring data accuracy, quality, and utility, measurable by both BI and AI outputs.
- Work closely with data scientists to help shape product accuracy and utility.
- Reports into General Manager.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in a team leader role for team working in Azure environments with a particular focus on GenAI in business environments particularly connectivity standards and data structuring to ensure data hallucination minimisation
- Strong knowledge of ontologies, vector search, knowledge graphs as well as traditional SQL. Lakehouse modelling.
- Experience with Data Engineering in the context of supply chain, logistics, and/or trading.
- Comfortable working with software engineers and product managers to develop business strategy into reliable, scalable products.
