Redstone Executive Banking Search are supporting a leading Private Wealth Networks platform in the Americas with the search for junior to mid-level Structured Products Sales professionals to join a growing Structured Products franchise.
This role sits within a high-performing team focused on delivering bespoke cross-asset structured solutions to private wealth clients across the US and broader Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and distribute structured products across asset classes, with a primary focus on equity-linked and cross-asset solutions.
- Actively manage and grow an existing client book, demonstrating a clear record of revenue generation and PnL ownership.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with private banks, wealth managers, financial advisors, and other private wealth intermediaries.
- Partner closely with internal trading, structuring, and risk teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives and market conditions.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the platform through client acquisition, idea generation, and product innovation.
Candidate Profile
- Junior to mid-level experience in Structured Products Sales, Derivatives Sales, or a closely related markets role.
- Proven client book with demonstrable PnL contribution.
- Strong technical understanding of structured products and derivative-based investment solutions.
- Client-facing, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, markets-oriented environment.
- US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
