Redstone Commodity Search is excited to partner with a well-established, international fuels trading company who are seeking an experienced, enterprising professional to take on responsibility for both business development and risk management/compliance for the business.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Take responsibility for both business development and risk management of the company
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients in the market
- Analyse and assess business to implement a thorough risk management framework
- Monitor regulatory changes and best industry best practice to ensure compliance
- Work closely with the Directorial team to develop and implement company strategy
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 3+ Years of proven international risk management/compliance experience (Hedging experience a benefit)
- Commercial experience a benefit, commercial mindset a must
- The ideal candidate is agile, proactive, diligent, detail-oriented and perceptive with excellent communication skills (English – written and spoken)
- Must be looking to the future as role has strong potential to either become more senior or more commercially focused
- Role ideally to be based in Riga
