Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international renewable energy trading house looking to hire Human Resources Specialist to join the Amsterdam office
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organisation
- Support employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
- Act as the main HR contact for external stakeholders including immigration authorities, municipalities and benefit providers
- Role reports to Head of Recruitment
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Two to four years of experience within a Human Resources function
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and employment regulations
- Fluency in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Role is to be located in Amsterdam
