Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global metal producer looking to hire a Global Reliability Manager to shape their reliability at scale.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead the global defect elimination and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), ensuring high-quality evidence-based problem solving that eliminates repeat failures and drives sustainable outcomes.
- Implement and scale reliability frameworks across multiple sites, standardising the Threat and Opportunity pillar within the broader reliability management framework, ensuring consistent adoption across sites and teams.
- Define global standards, operating models, and assurance routines to track reliability performance, solution effectiveness and value delivery.
- Build organizational capability through coaching, training and structured learning loops, enabling replication of improvements and consistent reliability practices across the global network.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within asset-intensive industries (metals, mining, chemicals, oil & gas) with clear ownership of reliability, not just maintenance, CI or EHS.
- Demonstrated ability to apply defect elimination as a core reliability process process, linking problem solving to data, asset strategy, governance and sustained performance improvement.
- Experience embedding reliability frameworks, governance models and ways of working across multiple sites, not limited to assessment or advisory roles.
- Proven ability to operate across regions, and scale improvements through structured governance, replication and learning systems.
- Located in Europe, with flexibility to be close to any of their EU offices.
